Welcome to ZRINSKI Rock Shop. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to ZRINSKI Rock Shop, operated by ZRINSKI Music and More, LLC.

ZRINSKI Rock Shop operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience inspired by the world of ZRINSKI, including cinematic rock, road legends, neon noir, strange nights, and story-driven merchandise.

ZRINSKI Rock Shop is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when you visit, browse, use, or purchase from our store.

Please read these Terms carefully. By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our Services.

SECTION 1 — ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given us your consent to allow any minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own, purchase, or manage.

To use the Services, including browsing our online store or purchasing products, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address, billing information, payment information, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is correct, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.

SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS

ZRINSKI Rock Shop offers merchandise including, but not limited to, shirts, mugs, tumblers, and other products inspired by the ZRINSKI creative world.

Many of our products are made to order through print-on-demand production. This means items are generally produced after an order is placed rather than pulled from existing inventory.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, mockups, images, sizing information, colors, and specifications. However, colors and product appearance may vary depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, and production process.

We do not guarantee that the appearance, color, texture, size, or quality of any product will exactly match how it appears on your screen.

All product descriptions, images, prices, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities available for purchase.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. ZRINSKI Rock Shop reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, product availability, pricing errors, address issues, payment issues, or fulfillment limitations.

Your order is not accepted until payment has been processed and the order has been confirmed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it, including product, size, color, quantity, shipping address, and contact information.

Because many of our products are made to order, cancellation requests may only be accommodated if the order has not yet entered production. Once an order has entered production, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If we do not accept, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, shipping address, or phone number provided at the time of purchase.

Your purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale, export, or reproduction.

SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice.

The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed and will be shown in your order confirmation email.

Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, import charges, or other fees that may apply.

We may offer promotions from time to time. Promotions may have separate terms and conditions. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the terms of a promotion, the promotion terms will govern for that promotion.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, billing, shipping, and account information for all purchases. You agree to promptly update your account and contact information so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.

You represent and warrant that:

  1. the payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete;
  2. you are authorized to use the payment method provided;
  3. charges incurred by you will be honored by your payment provider; and
  4. you will pay all charges incurred by you, including applicable taxes, shipping, and handling charges.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

ZRINSKI Rock Shop currently ships within the United States.

Products are made to order, so production time is required before shipment. Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by production providers, shipping carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, carrier disruptions, customs processing, or events outside our reasonable control.

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, returned, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If your package appears lost, delayed, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at zrinskirockshop@gmail.com with your order number so we can review the issue.

SECTION 6 — RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

Because our products are made to order through print-on-demand production, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, change of mind, or preference-based reasons.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or there is a fulfillment issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at zrinskirockshop@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet entered production. Once an order has entered production, cancellation may no longer be possible.

SECTION 7 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, names, logos, product designs, product imagery, artwork, graphics, text, video, audio, photographs, music-related branding, collection names, slogans, and creative concepts, are owned by ZRINSKI Rock Shop, ZRINSKI Music and More, LLC, its affiliates, or licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, sell, resell, or exploit any material from the Services without our prior written consent.

All ZRINSKI names, logos, artwork, product designs, slogans, music-related branding, story-world concepts, and merchandise designs remain the property of ZRINSKI / ZRINSKI Music and More, LLC or are used with permission.

You may not use ZRINSKI Rock Shop’s names, logos, designs, slogans, product artwork, or creative content without prior written permission.

Shopify’s name, logo, product names, service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product names, service names, designs, and slogans are the trademarks of their respective owners.

SECTION 8 — OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to tools, features, or services offered by third parties as part of the Services. We do not monitor or control these third-party tools and are not responsible for them.

You acknowledge and agree that access to such tools is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind.

Any use of optional third-party tools is entirely at your own risk and discretion. You should review and approve the terms of any third-party provider before using such tools.

We may also offer new features, tools, resources, or services in the future. Such features will be considered part of the Services and subject to these Terms.

The Services may contain materials, embedded content, or links to websites operated by third parties. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content, accuracy, policies, products, or services of third-party websites.

If you choose to access third-party websites or materials, you do so at your own risk.

We are not liable for any harm or damages related to your access to third-party websites or your purchase or use of third-party products, services, resources, or content.

Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products or services should be directed to the applicable third party.

SECTION 10 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

ZRINSKI Rock Shop is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, any sales and purchases you make through our store are made directly with ZRINSKI Rock Shop. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and ZRINSKI Rock Shop, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products or services.

You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with ZRINSKI Rock Shop.

SECTION 11 — PRIVACY POLICY

Personal information collected through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy.

Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify may collect and process personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve the Services.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms shall not be construed against the drafting party.

You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or purchases from ZRINSKI Rock Shop shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
